Express postage is available for an additional charge as well as "Same day cut & send".
What if my key doesn't work?

If you're unsure about the key or lock code, simply email us a photo before placing your order, and we'll help you get it right.
Refunds and Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or keys that do not work due to incorrect information being provided.
We recommend double-checking your key details before placing your order to ensure accuracy.
My key is very old or hard to find. Can you help?
Yes, we can! At Keys Australia, we specialize in finding and cutting even the most unique, old, or hard-to-find keys. If you have a rare or vintage key, simply provide us with as much detail as possible, and we’ll do our best to find a solution.

Why do we want a photo of some keys/locks?
Were we don't have a reference, we use the photo to create your replacement key or to ensure the key we are sending is correct.
When sending a photo, please ensure that is a clear and steady.
My key isn't working. What can I do?
